On vacation, window cracked, called safelite for onsite fix. Came with new window, window was scratched, no problem, they got a new window the next day and replaced. Thanks for the customer satisfaction discount and hospitality of justin.
$288 for a new windshield and 4 days later there's another crack. The kid you sent out to look at my car was real quick to do NOTHING! I will never recommend your monopoly of a company to anyone!!
Ryan just left from repairing a chip I got after a rock hit me Friday morning on I-10. It was the size somewhere between a nickel and a quarter. Now I have to strain to find where it was.. Awesome job, sweet guy and he even cleaned all my windows and vacced the front. I will recommended y'all for sure and I hope everyone gets someone as nice and helpful as Ryan.. Thanks Safelite!! I just wanted to give Safelite and all it's employees a huge shout out for the tremendous service that they gave me today!!!!! My car � was vandalized and my purse was stolen from my vehicle. Ughhhh This is how amazing this affiliation is..... at 8am they had placed the ordered for my window, at 9am the Tech was at my apartment to weather proof the car (just in case we had some rain) then by 3:30pm the glass was installed with no inconvenience to me whatsoever!!!!
