Undependable - Appointment Scheduled between 8:00 to 5:00. Didn’t until and hour the appointment & dark. Rescheduled next day between 12:00 to 8:00. No call No show. Worse business I have ever seen in Jacksonville, Fla. I will never use this location again. Complete circus. File complaint to uSAA & local BBB.

This company and this location have been terrible to try and work with. Their technician damaged my driveway while doing shoddy work on my windshield replacement. I had to take my vehicle to the shop 2 more times to get the windshield fixed properly. I have been trying to communicate with the manager at the local shop about getting my driveway fixed. I pay almost $300 for a new windshield, that they did not put the seam back on so now I can place my finger in between my car and the windshield and the front desk lady has the nerve to say it goes like that... Um no, it had it before, it does not go like that... And then I pay $30 for windshield wipers that are even worse then the ones I had before.

He was fast & did a great job. Very nice too
My tech Damien called ahead and even called to let me know of adjusted time changes. He was friendly and courteous. He fixed the crack in my glass and did a good job. All in all, I'd say this was good experience.
