I made an appointment for Safelite of London to come to the Ponderosa Pines parking lot for the replacement. James found the shootout, had the job finished in record time, and we may have lassoed another cowboy. A+ service while meeting all COVID-19 requirements delivered straight to where I was located. Worst experience ever! Landrover owner waiting for over 3.5 hours and the job still not done. So I have to bring back my car for recalibration another day. WTF! Please don’t bring your car here. Plus while waiting in the waiting room another customer complained that one of her tires and wheel was damaged...the car was not drivable. They said sorry we can’t help!

The Iowa city location SUCKS. very very rude. Had no idea what they were doing apparently. didn’t even apologize for THEIR screw up and arguing with me when they were wrong. Not very happy.

Let’s see. Replaced my windshield on my Toyota FJ Cruiser. Yesterday was the first day I drove my car after the repair, drove it to and from work, and on the way home, a piece of my car (a piece they had to remove to change the windshield) came flying off of my car on I-295 at 65 mph. Why? Because they broke it. There was ZERO issue with the vehicle prior to this installation.
