I had to wait a week for an appointment then the technician showed up with a scratched replacement windshield. I am glad he notified me of it, but I was then told that I would need to wait another week to get my windshield replaced. This is ridiculous, its Is their fault the windshield was not inspected prior to my appointmen. I should not be made to wait due to their incompetence
