Repeated Poor Service – Management Doesn’t Prioritize Customers This was our second frustrating experience at this location. The first time, they installed the wrong windshield on my Mercedes. Most recently, we brought in my husband’s Toyota Sequoia, and they failed to properly calibrate the vehicle’s sensors after the windshield replacement—forcing us to go to Toyota to get it corrected for an additional cost that State Farm had to cover. Safelite is a big scam i do not recommend i ordered the premium glass which i paid 550 dollars after discount and i found out they installed the same glass that i had which i installed it for 180 dollars only , i replaced it because it was cheap and it cracks from heat and they do not have any warranty, be careful for warranty scam, the only warranty they have is during the time they are installing the glass, that means now warranty after they are done, so before you do any business with these people double check the brand a... read more
