Very professional business, work was done quickly and accurately. Nice job!
Tore my headliner and refused to repair the damage. I called Safelite and entrusted them to replace my cracked windshield on my BMW 330Ci. When the technician was removing the windshield with a "cut out wire", he tore my headliner and proceeded to say that it wasn't his fault. He did state however that if he had seen the damage that the wire was causing to the headliner in time, the damage wouldn't have been as bad. He also wrote in the post inspection report that "Headliner tore during easy wire cut out at top driver side".... read more
I am very impressed with their service. I set up my appointment and they arrived at my office a head of their scheduled time. I received the same factor windshield which I was concerned that I wouldn't since I didn't ask when I scheduled this replacement. I am very pleased with the professionalism of the 2 man team and then even cleaned up afterwards. WOW!!! Two thumbs Up!!! Thank you!
