I made my appointment online. I also ordered wiper blades to be put on because I needed new ones. Before charging me, I asked if they had installed the wiper blades. Good thing I asked. It wasn't installed. Other than that, everything went smoothly. Took a little over an hour for installation to be completed. Not too bad.
Luckily, I had a small chip in my 2014 Challenger. I went to Safelite without an appointment. Great price and service!
Service technician explained in detail the process, quickly sought me out about a minor scratch on the replacement glass, totally vacuumed and cleaned all my windows One word of caution about dealing with their 800 number, requested and confirmed a 8:am appointment, and booked me for 10:am. I trusted him took time off of work, arriving to their shop 2-hours early. I didn't ding the local shop on their rating but the company deserves 2-stars
Had a 2 week appointment and they moved it up to 3 days out. Thank you for understanding the urgency of the matter.
Horrible customer service. Requested a specific windshield brand but they tried to pull a switch for shity brand on the day of install. This occurred twice and the manager is unwilling to call customers back to tell them why this issue happened. Save your business for another company who actually provides quality service.
Really safelight.... $119 for a crack smaller than the diameter of a dime? That's a bit much...even $20 off is nothing. You'd think you'd have a sliding scale.
