Excellent people to work with!
I was very disappointed with Safetelight at first. I was treated with an oh well mentality by two of there employees. Was contacted by the manager today while I was on a job site working. He actually cared. The employees that disregarded what I had to say about extra fees and the fact that I left my job to pick up car that should have been ready, was heard! The team did a great job of coordinating the parts for my windshield replacement, then made sure to document everything they saw during the removal. Excellent job!!!

I had a scheduled appointment from 1:00-5:00. I got a call at 4:30 to let me know they'd be there between 6:00-6:30. And he offered no opportunity for them to make good and reschedule me. I would have to essentially go to the back of the line and just find the next available appointment (in 3 weeks). So I waited. I waited until 7:00. He never showed. So, yeah, I was sitting around waiting at my office on a Friday evening until 7:00. No call; no text. All numbers that I had did not respond.
They were quick and did an excellent job on my new car. Great job!
This is my first time to come to this location and Alexander from safelite helped me to fix my broken windshield definitely going to recommend this place! Not too bad! 👍
horrible customer service .. don't do a good job at all ... better options around
