I have been a customer for 12 years, they rent a 10x10 unit like mine for $200, they were charging me $307. They had to provide me a little tag to wave in front of the elevator in order to reach my unit, they NEVER did so, and they complained when I was asking for their assistance in order to use the elevator. They didn't even tell me ever that I needed the little tag, let alone provide me with one.
