I’ve been at this unit for a few years when Kim managed the frankford location never had an issue always kept clean however now being managed by other and for several months there’s been rotan and roach issues homeless people sleeping smoking and nearly was attack with a machete just yesturday with my daughter while we were in our 3rd flr unit we called 911 since the manager Mark Jennings did nothing to help or even came up to investigate or escort the individual. Worst storage, management does nothing to violent tenant threatening me with a machete. Tenant has numerous complaints and is still renting at the facility.
