Shonda was great and good at breaking all the paperwork down to me
Shonda is incredibly insulting, offensive, and disrespectful. She would not answer any questions about the business or the spaces offered for rent. She even called the police on me when I tried to scan the QR code and leave this review. She is not qualified to hold this position because of her behavior
Had storage here for about a year, lots of things you should consider before leasing a storage unit here. Pros: 1 Friendly Staff, on boarding was great Kim did a great job getting me situated with my unit. There was a disgruntled customer when I first signed, Kim handled the customer with grace. Cons: 1. This storage center has the absolute most inconvenient times it is open. You only have access to your storage unit Monday-Friday 9AM to 7PM, and for Sat/Sun from 10-5. Wheres the nice lady Kim? All ive met is Rude Nafeesa and Shandra who dont wanna cut locks but want ms to do it. Why pay 25$ if i got to cut my own lock
