Excellent service and very professional. Jeremy was thorough and knowledgeable, and he took the time to clearly explain the test results and answer my questions. I especially appreciated that Jeremy offered today to communicate directly with the mold remediation company to help make sure the issue is properly addressed. We scheduled Jeremy to do an inspection at my parents over a week from contacting him (his earliest availability), in a house with active mold. We wanted to get an inspection, before scheduling mold remediation, to make sure everything is addressed. Jeremy waited till the day of the appointment, not only canceled, but would not reschedule his visit. My family and I have gone through a terrible time with mold. Jermey was informative, professional, and answered every question and even came to our home twice. Can't thank him enough for all the information and help he provided. I would trust him with any testing that needs to be done!
