I would highly recommend this company. I submitted a request through bbb on Sat evening needing help wt a pest problem immediately as I have a child fixing to have a major surgery and I did not want to be dealing wt this issue while caring for my recovering child. Sunday morning I received a call and the tech came right out to access my problem. He helped me get a game plan and returned the next morning to handle the problem. Safeway has serviced our homes for over 20 years. The technicians are always very professional and nice. The service never fails! Home is pest free! I definitely give them a five star rating.
I have been doing business with Safeway Pest Control for 2-3 years. When I stated having a problem I called Lori was super nice very helpful and got a technician to my home the next day. Safeway has been providing pest control at my home for almost 3 years. I changed to Safeway from another company because the price was more reasonable. In addition to providing quarterly pest control, Safeway has termite proofed my home and encapsulated my large "crawl space." Excellent service. We had a serious sewage problem and they came immediately; found and repaired the problem. They were courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable. Michael was our contact that helped us through our problem that our regular plumber could not repair. We highly recommend them.
