It took Safeway 5 or 6 trips to fix my basement water issues and I'm still not sure it's going to work. In the process, some paneling and flooring was damaged and Safeway's attempt to correct that was unsatisfactory.

My wife and I have been using Safeway at our mountain cabin for over 3 years. We have a great technician in Sean who is always prompt, and thorough. He is knowledgeable and has eliminated all the wild and wooly pests that made themselves at home in the cabin quickly and efficiently. We are pretty much bug free and termite free thanks to Safeway! A nice, reputable local company that we feel deserves positive accolades!

I have only started using Safeway a few months at the recommendation of my sister. I have a rental property that had a bad infestation of roaches. They were starting to migrant to my house and to my vehicles. Placed a call and asked for an estimate. Shawn Dow was the representative that came by to inspect the properties. Safeway is a great company we have used them for years in fact my entire family uses safeway. We love Shawn he is always professional, and on time any time we have an issue outside of our normal service time all we have to do is call him and he comes right out and takes care of it for no extra charge. Such a sweet and kind person if you have bugs call Safeway they will take care the problem. I highly recommend Shawn at Safeway.
