Very good tub. The handle seized up after few years so had maintenance guy come replace it and do a check on tub. I love this tub I have ms and couldn’t BFF my leg over tub walls any longer so this was my answer. This is spendy but it sure helps me a lot. My salesman never called me after the sale or install to see how things went. More communication would be good. Other than that the tubs great I love it.
The step in shower has been a very good thing. My husband has balance issues and it has been the best thing for him. Being able to step in, and having the grab bars and seat is the best thing for him. The installers were very professional and cleaned up thoroughly after themselves.
After mom fell in the old shower tub, we knew we had to make a change right away. The new zero barrier shower with grab handles and a seat if she needs it has been the perfect solution. It’s given her and us peace of mind. Installation was quick (1 day) and professional.
Gave my Dad back the freedom of taking a bath by himself and feeling secure while doing it. Is truly an amazing feeling for him.
Quality product! We received quick service when we experienced small problem after installation. There have been no subsequent problems in the year we've been enjoying our SafeStep Tub. The tub is our safety insurance and key to being able to stay in our own home at our ages. Thank you.
Safe step is a excellent tub plus a shower very easy to get in and out of and it's very easy to clean and it is well constructed, And it is very safe And the wife and I love it, And you won't be disappointed by getting one. Love, Love, Love the Safestep Tub. 61, 71, 83 & 88 oldsters in the house. We all love the jets, the Micro jet & soaking in the tub. Will highly recommend this product. Service is great too !!
Excellent build quality, makes entry and exit from tub safe no longer something to fear. The jets work very well and make it a pleasure to relax sore aching muscles every day. I would highly recommend this product to those of you out that still want to take baths and relax with not having to worry about getting out safely.
Sales effort was a little too high pressure for me. Install went very well, installer was expert, very capable & thorough. Electrician was a bit of a crook. Cost more than services were worth & took shortcuts. The product is attractive and will be useful someday... we haven’t used it once since install. Generally speaking, we get the same value & benefit from a $35 seat in the shower.
