Spending about $18k, we felt the saleswoman had done her due diligence to ensure the hot water heater could handle the requirements to have a hot bath/jacuzzi experience. She did visit the heater and sent a picture along with other bathroom specs to the installer to ensure it could handle the demand. Unfortunately, despite no other water heater demands running in the house, the best we can get is past the knees. The tub has now just become an awkward and cramped shower with an in turning door. My parents got a tub in late March 2022 to help my father with leg pain & have something safe. While our tub was being installed, the installers almost got into a fistfight in the driveway. My mother was close to calling the cops. They finally finished, and some drywall needed to be fixed, which Safe Step said they would cover.The first bath didn't drain quickly. For Safety, I would say yes. Price, It is way too Expensive.

Completely satisfied with our new spa ... oops, it's a walk-in tub.The installation team was fantastic. Can't believe that they were able to completely rebuild half our bathroom, and remove 2 door jambs, to fit the tub, and left almost no trace that any construction work had been done at all. These guys were respectful of us and our property. We're very impressed.Haven't had any issues but we did switch to a tankless hot water system to avoid shortages that would have been inevitable with a 40 gallon tank supply.Really enjoy... read more

Sorry to take so long, New Computer! Everything continues to be a delight. Indoor hot tub to boot! Only thing unexpected was having to budget my time better because it takes longer to take a bath than it does to take a shower. First of all, I had difficulty getting enough hot water out of my little 40 gallon water heater and it ran cold before the tub filled. No longer a problem as I learned to monitor the process carefully. At my age I found myself so comfortable I tended to go to sleep, but the tub must have realized this ... read more

This company worked with us till we came to something that we liked and was within our budget. We needed a safer modern tub and this company filled the bill when other companies did not have the time. If you should have any difficulties with the install, call them up and they get someone out to remedy the issue(s) if any. With any product they sell they will explain what you want to know and install the way you want it installed.

This was the very best walk-in tub I could have invested in, the tub itself is extra-ordinary... the company that did the installing was excellent... I would recommend this tub to anyone that is interested in buying the BEST of everything... ****** *

It is so great to soak in my tub every night! I get in and read while it is filling up and use lavender Epsom salts to relax me so I sleep well at night. Can take a shower and feel safe too! Have the best of both worlds.

We had the Safe Step tub installed to ease the bathing process and it was an excellent decision. The installation process took less than a day and was performed in a very professional manner. The tub is easy to use and a very satisfying experience we could not be happier.
