Wonderful experience with my therapist! The office is clean, well decorated, and comfortable. The waiting room is open and very organized. Scheduling to be seen was easy and efficient. Everyone that I have met at the clinic has been very welcoming, polite, and wonderful. Would highly recommend!

Working with Isaac has been one of the best decisions I’ve made. I didn’t know what to expect from therapy, but from the very first session he made it easy to talk and feel comfortable. It never feels cold or overly clinical. It just feels real, honest, and actually helpful. He’s helped me understand myself better and deal with things in a healthier way. If you’re looking for a therapist in Provo, I highly recommend him.
Sammie is so kind and welcoming, a skilled personable therapist who can help you through any issue you face, and a sweetheart of a soul. She makes you feel as if you were a long lost friend who you just reconnected with. Such welcoming and caring energy.
Sammie is my counselor and she's actually the best. I've been going here for a couple months now and have already felt a difference in my life and the way I think about different things. Talking with her has really improved my anxiety and stress levels from my job and personal relationships. I have someone to keep me accountable with my goals and ambitions and to help me work through some of the things that have been holding me back. I'm so grateful for that and could not recommend her and safe space counseling more!
