Safe & Sound roofing did a repair on our business. They did the work. Didn’t fix anything and now they won’t honor their warranty. I would give them zero stars if I could. Disgusting the way this company does business. I would never use them.
In 2022 we contracted Safe and Sound to patch leaks in our store roof. About six months later, after the first heavy rainfall, the exact same spots started leaking. I spent the better part of a year and a half trying to get hold of them. Voicemail box full, no response to calls, no response to emails. Interestingly I finally got hold of them in July of 2024, and they said they would stop out first week of August. Never showed up. We had a patio cover installed in the summer of 2023 and we love it !! It looks like a natural extension of our home. It keeps us cool on hot summer days and I especially love sitting out there when it’s raining. We’ve left our furniture out for the entire year and it has been protected from rain and snow!!
