Great company. Everyone was very professional and helpful. Great interactions with everyone from the person who sold me the product to the installers. They completed the update on my shower on time and it came out great. Highly recommend using them!!!
Follow up to problems noted after installation relating to the contractor was non-existent. I notified **************** that I never received the suctions cups needed to open the access panels on the tub over a month ago and still no response. I notified **************** that there were problems with the contractor. **************** stated they would try to get the quality inspector to stop by and also have the owner contact me. Neither occurred.
We are so thrilled with our new Safe Shower tub and shower. From the initial evaluation of our project to the follow up and installation, the process was top notch. I have a pretty small house, but Safe Showers was still able to rebuild the shower in my master bedroom and provide some significant improvements. Their crew did the job within roughly six hours and had no issues whatsoever. I gave the shower unit 24 hours before using it as they advised so the sealants could set and cure. The short version: Very pleased, at last. Not a great start. The installer, ***, didn't listen. He cut a hole in the ceiling of my living room after I warned him there might be a problem with the old plumbing. One month later, **** came with a custom shower pan and the skill to fix the ceiling problem. I'm happy now, so I ordered a new shower from SS for my guest bathroom.

The installer did an excellent job despite problems with my plumbing.
*** and his crew did an incredible job transforming a huge soaking tub into a shower fit for a disabled vet. It was an out of town job, so they ripped everything out and installed a pretty new shower with safety bars. Highly recommend Safe Showers.
