Pretty good. Had to get them out twice after install. New shower would not drain and a piece of hardware was not installed correctly.
We embarked on an unknown journey to remodel our tub and shower. All the workers with safe showers, especially *********************, worked hard, consistently, and took NO shortcuts. Top notch skill and craftsmanship. Showed up on time and never ran from my phone calls.

Everything was laid out in a most comprehensive way. We knew what to expect at each turn. Where things did not go exactly as hoped, because of unknowns behind the walls, sound solutions were provided. I would definitely work with Safe Showers again.

This was such a business like and punctual, and speedy installation. Everything was explained well, and during installation I was asked exactly where to put the grab bars. Plumbing was well explained, too. The installer, ****, worked quickly and did a beautiful job. The salesman, *****, was thorough also, and didnt push, but explained everything well. We are very happy with our new Safe Shower. We needed a new safe shower due to my Dad falling in the old tub. Safe Shower has been great, the salesman was great. No high pressure sales tactics. The lead installer and the entire crew was amazing. They showed up on time, did a great job, and cleaned up so well you couldnt even tell we had major remodel done all in ONE day. We had our 2 bathroom tubs converted to showers over the span of 3 days. From our initial meeting with ******, to the actual install by **** and his assistant, we were impressed. Timely and efficient work by the workers, very professional and great customer service. Would definitely recommend Safe Showers!
I am very pleased with my shower install. The installer was very knowledgeable and he expertly removed the old enclosure and installed the new one without issue. He also took the time to ensure the new install had a perfect fit and finish. Job well done.
