Very competent staff from start to finish. They made on-boarding process a breeze; I wish I'd signed on earlier.!!!
I’m posting anonymously under an alias to share my experience with Safe Place Clinic. Though the staff and doctors here are friendly. I’m still extremely dissatisfied with their practice. It’s VERY CLEAR this place is a pill mill. For one they don’t accept insurance which I can somewhat understand due to pesky pre auth for suboxone, but there are no outreach program or exceptions made for homeless addicts that don’t have money for the expensive appointment fee. This clinic is awesome and has helped me so much, they’re always willing to work with me or squeeze me in last minute and everyone is just so nice and helpful. They’ve taken great care of me and I know they will continue to!! Full trust in this clinic!!
I am grateful to have found Safe Place Cares! The Owner is absolutely amazing and really cares about his patients and their well-being. I had to see him on an emergency basis, which he accommodated immediately by setting up an appointment that day! My doctor actually takes the time to ask me how I’m doing, how my medications are working and just spend a little time talking. Which means so much to me! John, dr.varano, and the staff @ safe place have been a life saver. I’ve been with them as a patient for a while now and couldn’t be better, they not only helped me kick the crap but they help address your mental well being as well. It was fast, efficient, and easy, within about 2 hours I had my meds and another 45 mins later I was back to 75% if not more.
