I purchased my Vest along with Level IV plates on January 6th with the understanding my vest would be to me in 1 to 2 weeks. I received my complete order on January 9th. I must say I was very impressed. I added the plates to my vest and have to admit the weight is there. After suiting up for duty, I noticed it was actually comfortable plates and all. I have worn ballistic vests for the better part of a cumulative three years now. Having just got my vest, I already noticed a few positive things. 1) it's lighter than my level 2 vest was. That says something. 2) the fit is perfect. Most vests I have worn have either been too short, too long, or too narrow around the chest. The sizing for this vest was PERFECT.
