This is my Review of the NIJ II, Stab Level II + Spike Level II vest that I have purchased from Safe Life Defense. I work as the Head Doorman at a club and over the 2 weekends (including thursday) Already my Armor has protected me a great deal. but in specifics: Comfort: I wear the armor covertly, so I needed to purchase some underarmor because frankly cotton t-shirts would not do. I have to say so far I'm impressed. I ordered the vest at 0400 on Saturday morning. I got the vest on the following Tuesday. AND there was a federal holiday in there (MLK day). By the time I got it from my post office, half my shift was up, so I switched at lunch. I'm going to rewind briefly and say I ordered the IIIa vest. Going from a IIa to a IIIa, the vest seemed a bit bulky, but it fit nicely under my uniform shirt. Purchased 2. Me and a friend on Church Security Team. First time wear yesterday. After 5hrs of wear time, I could have easily doubled that! Extremely comfortable! Great fit! Well done Safe Life Defense!
