Recommendedsafe life customer service was great originally ordered the wrong size because I'm perfectly between sizes at 6 foot 190lbs so the large was extreamly uncomfortable and not at all concealable the directions they send with the vest are simple to follow and they had new prepaid shipping label emailed to me and had my new vest to me in about 4-5 days the medium they sent me fits great is unnoticeable when I wear my thicker polos and dress shirts for work
After paying $50 for overnight shipping on a product, I am a week past my order date with nothing. I have attempted multiple times to get this resolved and they are in no hurry to help the customer(me). Their “best” option was to buy a second belt and then trust they would refund me. Got my vest today and, right out of the box, it fits well. I still needed to make some adjustments to get it just right, but I still found it impressive. If I had anything to complain about it would be FedEx. A carrier pigeon could have gotten it to me faster than them. Safe Life shipped it quick though, so they're good.
I ordered a tactical belt from them and it was a little big when it showed up. I called safe life and my call was answered by a gentleman almost immediately and I had a free shipping label emailed to me before I even got off the phone. also the belt looked top notch. cant wait for my replacement to show up so I can put it to the test. great customer service!
Highly recommend! I ordered the IIIa+ concealable vest. I emailed a question about the vest before I placed my order. I quickly received a phone call answering my questions. I ordered it on Thursday and received it on the following Tuesday. So far the customer service has been better than any other company I’ve ordered from. I received an email and a letter with my vest thanking me for my business. As far as the vest goes, it’s as comfortable as a vest can possibly be, fits great, and is very well made.

I originally ordered a 3XL / the sizing chart. it turns out that the charts was inadequate and was not properly accustomed to my size. I am 6 foot 3 and about 250 lb. I was recommended a 3XL and that is what I originally ordered. When the size came in it looked like it was a college football mascot uniform on me. Purchased a outervest carrier with armor a month ago and love it. The original carrier had a small imperfection in it and I emailed Customer Service - within 3 minutes I got an answer and in about an hour, they were shipping me out a replacement. THANK YOU SAFELIFE D! ~M
