I am a Realtor and have worked with many inspectors over the past 25 years. I found SafeHouse to be very professional and knowledgeable. The report was emailed to me and my buyer within an hour of leaving the house. That is an added value and greatly appreciated. they were super helpful in explaining everything. anything I didn't understand they made sure I could understand. they send you a copy and it's just has helpful as they annotate each step of the inspection. I overall really appreciated their willingness to insure any of the concerns I had in the house were addressed and they even give you a tape measure for your convenience to measure for furniture. I definately recommend this company. thanks again!
