I love SH! They have more than one man come out and each concentrate in an area they specialize in. Their reports are easy to read and the technology used gives a good idea of the condition of the homes my Buyers are purchasing, and offers a my Sellers a good idea of what they need to address before putting their home on the market. SH is a reliable assessment and glad to have them.
