I am following up 4 years later. Dr. P and Jamie saved my life. When no one believed me about my medical issues, and Drs. kept telling me it was psych, they believed me. Thanks to them advocating on my behalf, I was able to get a hysterectomy (at 33). Awful customer service. Waited a week for my appointment finally got it. Was told I was going to get medication from ongoing medical, 10am to 4 I've been waiting, nothing...
Pretty bad experience with the receptionist a month ago. She seemed disinterested and told me to fill in some forms via email before she could get me an appointment or even check if they took my insurance. The email didn’t even have a proper header and had no body, just document attachments. Just an overall off-putting experience so I don’t think I’d feel comfortable going here.
I had an appointment with Jamie before she left, and she was incredibly kind and attentive. When I called, I spoke with the receptionist and explained that my PCP had taken me off my medication because I wasn’t feeling well. I asked if Jamie could be notified, as I needed something in the meantime. The receptionist said she couldn’t find an earlier appointment for me and advised me to wait.
