Pretty bad experience with the receptionist a month ago. She seemed disinterested and told me to fill in some forms via email before she could get me an appointment or even check if they took my insurance. The email didn’t even have a proper header and had no body, just document attachments. Just an overall off-putting experience so I don’t think I’d feel comfortable going here.
I had an appointment with Jamie before she left, and she was incredibly kind and attentive. When I called, I spoke with the receptionist and explained that my PCP had taken me off my medication because I wasn’t feeling well. I asked if Jamie could be notified, as I needed something in the meantime. The receptionist said she couldn’t find an earlier appointment for me and advised me to wait. Great experience so far, but i wish they would get proper signage. The back of a building next to a gas station with only a piece of paper on the door…made me skeptical but its legit. Already gotten help that I wasnt able to get elsewhere
They have a 2-4 week wait to see a nurse. They don’t return emails or phone calls. If you’re having mental health issues, don’t waste time with them. Very poor experience for someone needing help!
