Was prompt, courteous, and very informative about our home in relation to potential effects from Hurricane Irma. We hired him to do an overall inspection, mainly of the roof and to look for leaks that we couldn't see for ourselves. His infrared camera was pretty neat since it helps to find leaks that are not visible to the naked eye. We will contact him again if we need a home inspection.

Although I was unable to be there for my home inspection, my mom and grandma were present and were so impressed with how personable Rick was. He let them follow him around for the entire inspection and explained what and why he was doing every step. I would definitely recommend him, he was extremely thorough and covered everything from safety hazards to minor improvements.
