They tried to clean my nice Oriental rugs in my home. I know from previous experiences from when I had them cleaned in New York this is not standard process or safe for my rugs. We found a local company that has the right process to clean rugs not just surface clean them. So no we didn't use them but the fact they tried to convince me turned me off.
Hunter did an absolutely amazing job!! He is very customer service oriented and extremely knowledgable about the cleaning process and how to get stubborn stains out of carpet. If you have any reservations about Safe-Dry, just go for it!! They are happy to explain everything about how their process works.
Tech who arrived was very polite and easy to work with. I was a bit skeptical when they brought in a buffer for the cleaning but it did remove stains and pet oder. So I am satisfied with the work completed. I rated 4 instead of 5 due to the pricing discrepancy from online to reality. Safe-Dry charges you based on square footage regardless of whatever "coupon" is out there. My house is small so the rate turned out to be only a slight difference. If you want a known flat rate service, go to the other carpet cleaner in town.
