Services today were excellent! Dartron was very helpful in getting a stain out that I didn’t know was there. He was quick, polite and walked me through what was going to be done. I highly recommend him and to recommend Safe dry for any carpet service needed.
If I could give zero stars I would. I booked an appointment for 11am on Friday with this company. They sent me a message saying the system double booked me with someone else, can I take 3pm. So I agreed. Just before 3pm they told me their technicians are running late and they will send me an eta asap soon as they can. I cancelled the appointment. Professionalism is a bare minimum expectation. I already compromised with the 11am, then now want to tell me you’re late for the 3pm? And can’t even give me an eta? That’s ridiculou... read more
had a great experience with trevor smith today! he did 3 of our bedrooms with carpet & was super attentive to detail! would highly recommend him to anyone!!
Trevor was amazing. He went over my needs with me before starting to make sure the pricing structure was clear and there would be no surprises. He was professional and worked diligently to clean my requested areas thoroughly, taking time to explain the process. Thanks for a great experience. I now feel at ease that our carpets are clean and we can comfortably walk and play on them.
