Jordan was great! He arrived on time was did a wonderful job on my carpet. The stains are gone. I was very intrigued by the process no large bulky machines and gallons of water to steam clean, impressive!

Josh showed up right on time this morning and was super chill - great to work with. He finished the couch, chair, and rug in about an hour and a half. I’ll definitely use him again.
Awful, Do NOT USE!!! Completely discolored my rug. Used a Bissell carpet cleaner and a buffer which they pulled out of the back of their car. No van, no professional steamer, nothing. I have no idea what they sprayed on it to try to spot clean. I had small pet urine spot - about 3 inches in diameter. Tony, the manager was not helpful and refused to take responsibility - referred me to another carpet cleaner. Again, DO NOT USE!!!
They clean one room for me but still like before And then today is almost one week still wet and get so stinky.
