Called because website stated it serviced the area, #1 cleaner in Knoxville, then they stated they didn't service Farragut.....lol. It literally calls out all of West Knox in the advertisement.
I find it challenging to share my experience, as I ultimately wasn’t able to utilize their services. I scheduled an appointment well in advance for carpet cleaning, anticipating a smooth process as my family and I prepared to move. Unfortunately, I received a cancellation on the day of the appointment due to their “revamping” efforts in the Knoxville area.
