Anthony was very nice and did a great job cleaning our rugs!
I did not have a good experience. Technician took two hours to show and I had to call and check on things because no one was getting in touch with me about the delay. I called another carpet cleaning service and asked about prices and they would’ve been half of what safe dry charged me, but I to have the work done that day. The technician was nice when he finally got to my house, but the pricing is ridiculous and you shouldn’t have to wait. My time is valuable like everyone else I would never recommend them.
