Our technician, Chris, was great. He was so polite. I don’t love the business model that he gets paid based off of reviews. Seemed a little unfair to him.

I chose this company because they had good reviews but my experience was not so great. First of all I had a 2pm appt time to have my carpet cleaned, and the guy that was supposed to clean it called off so they assigned me a guy name Justin with a new appt time for 4pm. The technician didn't show up until 5:30pm because he ran over on another job. Once he finished, I didn't see any difference in my carpet from how it originally looked.
