A new guy came out the first time, and we were not happy with the cleaning job. We called customer service, and they were extremely polite and understanding. They said they would send their best out to fix it, and they sure did. The tan tinge on my light blue carpet is gone, and it smells so clean! Thank you to Nick and the guy that came with him (so sorry I did not get your name). We will use again and be recommending them in the future. They really took a load off a busy mom’s plate!!
