Guy tried to tell me my 2 bedrooms were over 500 sq ft and $1 Per ft. Over $500 when probably was around 300 sq ft. Advertized $88. Waste of my time. Don’t know how they stay in business.
This company aint worth it they will try to get the most money out of you and if you decline they just going keep getting lower and lower They do this because the people who actually work and do the labor gets paid commision amd bonus... and the big thing all three packages use the same stuff thats just a marketing strategy for them to get more money trust me people!!
Ryan was very professional, he arrived on time. He walked me through the process. He took the measurements to make sure the area was under 450 sqft as that's the coupon I purchased for my 1 Bed room apartment. He also cleaned the rug for us. The groupon package did not include stain removal which I already knew about, but still the general cleaning got rid of all the foot traffic stains we had on the carpet and it smells really fresh and dried pretty quickly. This review is a long time coming now. A few weeks ago I called several different companies regarding countless dog and cat urine stains in my carpet. When I finally reached Safe Dry and spoke to their operator, her friendliness and willingness to accommodate hooked me so si scheduled the appointment. Adan O*******, my technician arrived 15 minutes ahead of schedule and even called to ask if that would be okay with me and accommodate my schedule. I was blown away immediately.
