Do NOT use this company!! They never showed up. I was nice enough to give them a second chance and reschedule for the following weekthey failed to show up a second time and gave no notice. When I contacted management, they refused to do anything about it. They are nothing but con men. The only reason I left 1 star is because the site wouldnt allow me to give zero
Don't waste your time because they will certainly waste yours. Technician showed up over 4 hours late, had no info from the booking or the scheduling office, provided a quote that was nearly 500% higher than the estimate provided. The WORST customer service, communication, and coordination all around I've ever experienced. I asked to speak with a manager 3 times and was never transferred because they were either smoking a cigarette or on the phone. My guy (Chris) showed up on time and was professional the entire time! He spent time getting to know my dog to ease his anxiety and left my carpets looking brand new.

I used this company for the first time in May. I normally use Zerorez or Stanley Steemer. There were stains left in all 4 rooms, hallway and stairs. These are usual wear staims, coffee stains, etc - nothing out of the norm. And there was a white stain left that hadn't been there before (turned out to be solution they used). Immediately called them back and asked for a refund. They came back out reassessed the carpet and said I needed a "deep" cleaning. I didn't know there was any other cleaning you'd do on carpet. Overpriced company with a pompous attitude that provides sup-par cleaning that you could do better yourself with a rented $30 carpet cleaner. Simply disgusting.
Awful. They did not honor their online specials of $88 for 3 rooms or whole house cleaning $165 - even though our square footage would meet criteria. Not only are they misleading about price, they did an awful job. 4 rooms and a staircase $500!!!!!! BEWARE.
