Great Tour!!! Daniel was very professional and nice. Took his time showing us around the complex and was well prepared to provide all the information before we had to ask the question. Complex was very quiet and pretty.

Love the area! We just did a tour and these apartments are in a great location and super convenient in regards to shopping and work! Also, so much privacy as they’re tucked away and have cute secluded patios.
Be Prepared to Pay Extremely High Utility Bills! Be prepared to pay extremely high utility bills in both winter and summer months. Winter electric bills are over $500-600 (This is after surveying more than a dozen other residents in the community and almost everyone is keeping their heat 65 or below and using plastic insulation wrapping on their windows).
