Horrible! If I could give it a negative star I would. Do not waste your money! I am writing this email on behalf of my parent's who stayed there for a whole year and were miserable! When we first moved into the apartment, July 2013, they were having problems with the water pipes, the kitchen floors were so hot from those pipes. They consistently were turning off the water for hours and hours without any advance notice to fix them. The leasing office staff are great...BUT this place, compared to all other local apartment complexes is severely lacking...prices are the same as most other complexes...but are the worst at almost every other consideration. Parking is entirely unethical and unreasonable...(I think its time residents here did something about these rules) In fact for a 1 bedroom you are ONLY allowed ONE automobile...anything else you have to pay $55 a month. You CANNOT have a guest stop by and visit, and park anywhere, as they are not allowed.... read more
