The customer service is AMAZING! I just bought my XD-S this morning (that I've been eyeing for a long time) for a great price! Will definitely come back!
Everyone is super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I went in to buy one rifle and walked out with two. They are good! Always have the best prices, too. I've purchased for firearms through them, and will certainly be purchasing more. Don't hesitate to do business with them.

Been wanting to purchase for over a year now, but everywhere i go, the sales associates are either very vague or just seem to feed me "preset advice." Not at Saddle Rock though! Everyone was so helpful and i even got to hear from each employee about their input. Saddle Rock answered all my questions and finally gave me the confidence to make a purchase! Thanks guys!

The level of customer service and product knowledge is fantastic. Fair prices and a good selection in a smaller store. I love that they are forward thinking enough to update their inventory online. I am very happy to have found this store today.
