Just moved in over the weekend and it couldn't have gone smoother! The staff was extra helpful in making the transition easy and neighbors were friendly and welcoming! I was stunned at how spacious and well-kept these apartments are! Couldn't be more excited to join this awesome community.
We moved in thought it was a nice place.spent almost 4 months without air on a 3rd floor apartment. They finally let us move to a 1st floor apartment and it began to flood in the bedrooms. The 4th time it did it they let me out of my lease and then sent me a 300.00 Bill for the last month we were there. My insurance company wouldn’t cover the cost of things getting ruined because it was a continued thing . Kids running wild tearing stuff up.
Unprofessional staff. Several maintenance issues, disconnected water and a/c without notice. Can't rent the clubhouse. Pool never opened. Thin walls. And they will try to trump up charges to keep your deposit. DO NOT SIGN A LEASE HERE.
