If I could give "0" i would ..worst experience ever! Water damage, flooding, electrical issues, mold....the list gpes on an I could go into grave detail on everything I would! This complex offers a discount if you give them 5 stars on here too, its just pitiful. Our apartment caught fire an they threw us to the curb 2 weeks after we are still homeless an they refuse to give us the key to get our belongings that may still be good out. RecommendedThe staff are great and maintenance has fixed any issues we've had. The apartments are quiet. The workout room, outdoor pool, and playset are all great!
Had a few problems at first but the new management fixed all of the problems that were brought up very quiet area huge living space and some apartments are newly renovated as far as new flooring (not all apartments) but for the price and the space I couldn’t beat it the office staff is great in helping you with questions
Staff treats you completely differently once you've actually signed the lease. I feel like we got scammed by these people and I want out asap. Problems here started even before we moved in. Upon move in - broken AC, no insulation, paper thin windows, low water pressure / no hot water. We were promised a completely different apartment in the first place and were told days before move in that it was no longer available. Its truly awesome living here. Quiet park like setting. Nice size pool. The workout room is the size I need ... I like the size too for the cost of the home... built well being a smidge older. �

I have been living here for last 8 months and my experience was amazing. To begin with, the apartment is huge for the rent you pay. I have lived in various communities before and had a bad experience with the staff. This manager is very good and will ensure all your maintenance issues are resolved quickly.
