Beautiful Property I really love the environment of this community, the grounds are well kept and the sensory is great! The staff here are friendly and very helpful. I also like the fact that it is dog friendly, its great to see everyone out walking their pets through the site.

Great place but poor management I think this apartment is located at fantastic place in Novi but it does not have good property management. For example, Treadmill in the gym was out of order and trash can was broken during months. Property management team is overbearing and not cooperative. They do not work well but try to charge additional charge as possible. I was really disappointed at such property management. Great place to live Great place to call home. Management: Friendly staff in the office, Jeff and Kelli are well informed and genuinely care about the customer experience. Apartment: Great layout, updated cabinetry and fixtures. 2nd floor is cozy and warm. Grounds: Clean, tidy, well lit and safe. Maintenance: Prompt and thorough and... They clean up after themselves! How many times have you called maintenance then had to run the sweeper or wipe down the (whatever they touched/worked on). So impressed by this added touch.
Saddle Creek I just recently moved into Saddle Creek apartment homes in Novi, MI. The location is perfect, many business are located within a few miles and the area is completely surrounded by shopping malls and districts. The process was made extremely fast and painless by the great staff here. The apartments were remodeled recently and are extremely high end and clean.
