Awful. Atrocious. Miserable. Let's dissect this pitiful excuse for habitability. You are right about this place and I will explain what happened to me later - It seems as though it's been bad for a long time and nothings changing - wow - some people believe that these horror stories are bull but in my dealings I've found them to be true - and sometimes the hard way - beware
first of all they lie about their fees. when we signed our lease they said that if any of the lights went out they would replace them free of charge. one month in our oven light went out when we told them they said they would replace it for $5. i went to walmart for a bulb insteead for $1. then other lights started going out we never asked them to replace them after that. just one of the big lights. then they also told us they would take care of pest issues when we told them we had a pest issue they sent an exterminator but ... read more
Unorganized place, bad service, no help is given when needed.
I just love Havenwood. The manager and maintenance are so friendly, I have been living in apartments over 40 years, and I must say I truly found my home.
I have lived here 5 years this is my home! I really have seen a huge improvement and I love the low rent amounts! This is a great community!
Well I'm have not moved in yet but so far I've spoke to one of the women there and she was very nice and helpfully with all of my questions so we will see
