Went to Yin/Restorative yoga class with Lauren Mades. She is incredibly intuitive and knows exactly what each person in the class needs. A lot of yoga classes elsewhere can be boring and if you don't already have motivation, it's difficult to keep up with the practice. Lauren makes yoga fun and offers a unique, knowledgeable, and considerate perspective on this ancient practice. The studio itself is very inviting, homey, and offers good vibes. Highly recommended!
I really did enjoy the Yoga class. Went with my bestie to be a support system for her. But will be back again.

Today, I enjoyed a one hour facial from Dina. I was able to call in the morning and they booked me for early afternoon was perfect! I arrived a little early but was able to enjoy the calm peaceful environment inside which helped me decompress from the outside world. Dina was kind, caring and thorough. I asked her about some skin care products and she showed me the products she used but I do not feel she would have pushed any product on me had I not specifically asked. Everything about this experience was wonderful.
