RecommendedWe had a beautiful practice this morning with Rachel. Rachel is a wonderful teacher filled with guidance and light. My husband and myself deeply enjoyed the Warm Flow practice. We are very grateful that Sacred Moments is offering classes for $7.00, since we have fallen on financial hard times, Sacred Moments gave us the ability to share space. I’m full of gratitude, peace, and serenity. We will be back next weekend. Namaste!
I cannot say enough good things about this yoga studio! Staff is knowledgeable, so friendly, and always willing to help you go deeper into your yoga practice! LOVE my yoga studio!!

This is a great yoga studio, they offer a variety of yoga classes and all the instructors are wonderful! If you haven't been to one of the crystal bowl meditations, I highly recommend you give it a try, you'll feel so relaxed while you lay comfortably on your mat with your blanket and pillow as Leigh Ann plays the crystal bowls beautifully and narrates a meditation that will inspire and uplift.
What can I say other than amazing! I sat down with Leigh Anne. She asked many questions about how I hurt my shoulder. What hurt when I moved. She asked what I’d be comfortable with trying out and we went to work. After one session, I have mobility back in my arm. We tried cupping for the first time. The relief this brought me is indescribable. I’ll definitely be back again!
