I was very happy with the care we received from Alysabeth Holmes PA when we were in her office. The office manager on the other hand was not very kind or empathetic. The phone experience I had with her (refused to give her name and hung up on me) was abusive. I came into the health department and had a full panic attack after how she treated me. I just spent 6 weeks in the hospital and rehab. When I came home I needed many things. Including home health. It seemed like I waa calling the office daily. Even though I had not yet been seen for a follow-up, they made sure every order I told them I needed was seen to quickly. I was never spoke to rudely, or even annoyingly. I am so impressed with the entire staff. Thank you for seeing to my needs so quickly. Also, my home health nurse said she was very impressed at how quickly they signed the order.

I'm honestly not sure how this place is still operating after how shady their billing is. I'd rather drive back down to South Florida while dying before I step foot into this facility again. I was charged over $1000 for a x-ray & sitting in a room for 3 hours; and that's with health insurance. May want to check out another local facility if you need help because this hospital will literally rob you. Should be illegal what they did.
