RE exceptional medical care. Thorough and all staff very pleasant!
Love how fast we get in with our appointments. Wish we didn't have to drive so far but that outweighs the level of care we receive. Nurses are always pleasant and kind. We just love Jacquelyn Orcino!!
They did not properly take care of me in the ICU. I was left covered in bad bed sores that I had to see wound specialist for. As soon I was taken out of a coma I was kicked out when I couldn’t walk or talk. I needed more time there. It was also a whole drawn out ordeal trying to get a note for my work.
I have watched the administration of this hospital continually decline over the last decade. The doctors and nurses are wonderful, but the administration makes it impossible to get care. Any time I need an appointment or need to talk to my doctor, there are a 100 barriers to do so. The billing department is now overseas and only use a script to "resolve" issues.
