The hygienist was good ...However, I strongly suggest checking your insurance, HMO, PPO ...$44.00 Dollar charge for irrigation... That's a basic procedure for Dental cleaning, nevertheless because I had an HMO they charged separately for this. I found the receptionist to be misleading... people aren't very straightforward all they had to do was suggest that I go to my regular HMO dentist and there would have been no charge... In closing I won't be returning to this dentist I like people that are upfront and to the point...
Best customer service! Y'all made it my 3 yr old's first visit so easy. Thank you so much everyone and special thanks to Judy and dr Alex!
So glad I found this place. All the dentists are knowledgeable, welcoming and take their time with you. Whether it's time explaining things or just not rushing you. I have now changed my insurance JUST have coverage here. Any plan works for me if they take Sacramento Dentistry Group!
