If you can’t come into the office and shed some cash, they won’t give you the time of day. No complaints about the doctor but his front office manager and staff are absolutely cold and uncaring. They wouldn’t approve much needed future prescriptions for my old sick cat because she’s not rabies vaccinated even so she’d strictly indoors and no longer in TX.
