Sachse Plumbers called me the day after their sales tech came out for a estimate. I did not end up using Sachse Plumbers for my needs this time, but speaking with the owner gave me confidence in reaching out to Sachse Plumbers for bids on future jobs.

Sachse Plumbers are the best in customer service ! Had called regarding a problem with our clogged toilet, and instead of sending a plumber and charging a ton of money, they walked me through how to do clogged toilet repair. New life skill learnt ! Definitely give Sachse Plumbers a call if you have any plumbing issue is needed. thanks, Sachse Plumbers for the professional plumbing service. I will refer to Sachse Plumbers because it is the best local plumber.

I called this company for a same day replacement of valve in my bathroom at 11AM. They they explained the trip fee to me and offered two time options off 1-3PM or 3-5PM. I requested the earlier time slot. By 3:30PM and no word from Sachse Plumbers, I called and was told that they do not service my town (Murphy) which is adjacent to Sachse. UNRELIABLE. O stars if I could give them. I called them. Made appointment for 3 pm. Had a no show. Called them back. They said the appointment window was from 3 pm to 5 pm. Then, I was called around 4:30 pm. They said there was NO TECH AVAILABLE TO SERVICE ME THAT DAY. Water keept leaking in the meantime. SAVE TIME, DON'T CALL THEM!!!
