This was our first experience at Sachse Nail Bar and I’m sad to say I was very disappointed. I wanted to take advantage of getting some much needed maintenance done before I have a baby. Unfortunately, I paid and don’t feel like I got the quality of service I paid for. My husband and I got the same services done, his was a great experience compared to mine. Went to get my nails done for a wedding and decided to do an aura nails effect. Chau did my nails, she was very gentle and detail oriented. The nails turned out great and very similar to the picture I showed her.

I lived in Sachse during Covid (2020) moved further north to the Denton area. Just moved back, so I thought I’d use these folks since I used them then. Mind you, I did make an appointment and was prompt. WOW! Not impressed from the start. The gentleman working the counter was rude upon entering. He just told me to sit down, then yells out to follow him. I wasn’t sure he was talking to me so I stayed seated. He then hollered, “hey you”, so I followed him to the pedicure chair. I had such a great experience at this nail shop! Wendy did my nails and she was absolutely amazing — super friendly, patient, and detail-oriented. She took her time to make sure everything looked perfect, and I left loving my nails. The salon was clean, relaxing, and had a great atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back and asking for Wendy again! Highly recommend!
